The Ratebusters site does have a lot of nittygritty info on the actual hands on mechanics of their products that very few other sites do. Although neither ratebusters or loanaustralia could meet my initial requirements (but then apparently I was asking too much?) ratebusters particular set of features could be adapted to a close enough match, and they were quite helpful in explaining to me.
