I've recently been involved with the Australian launch of Nestoria which is a vertical property search that partners with some of the portals you mentioned and allows people to search more listings in what we hope is a more powerful way. I'd be interested in any feedback you have about it? Thanks!

A website I recently found is noagentsales.com.au. I listed my property on there a few days ago and have already had plenty of interest. They don't have a huge number of properties listed but there seem to be plenty of buyers around at the moment. I did not think I would go without an agent but they are paid so much commission these days.

Has anyone else used this website?
